Terms of Service
These Terms govern how brands use My Catalogue to create storefronts, manage catalogs, customize branding, and engage customers through shareable links and direct messaging channels.
1. Service Scope
My Catalogue is a hosted software platform for Instagram-first and boutique brands. It allows merchants to publish storefronts, manage products, configure brand presentation, and share catalog experiences through the web, WhatsApp, and social discovery channels.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, and any third-party billing or payment methods connected to the service. You must provide accurate onboarding, business, and catalog information.
3. Catalog Content
You retain ownership of your products, images, copy, and brand assets. By uploading them to My Catalogue, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, optimize, preview, and deliver your storefront and product experiences to your visitors.
4. Plans and Limits
Access to product count limits and certain features depends on your selected plan. The free tier supports up to 10 products, Starter supports up to 100 products, and Pro supports unlimited products with additional controls such as upgraded storefront presentation and advanced customization.
5. Billing and Subscription
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Subscription charges, renewals, cancellations, and billing cycles are governed by the plan you select during onboarding or later upgrade. Failed or reversed payments may result in restricted access or downgrade to the free tier.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use My Catalogue to publish fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You may not attempt to disrupt the platform, abuse upload systems, scrape protected merchant data, or impersonate another business or creator.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, security updates, or product improvements that affect features, preview behavior, or integrations from time to time.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if payment obligations for paid plans are not satisfied.
9. Contact
For legal, platform, or billing-related questions, contact the support channel presented within the product or through the support paths linked from My Catalogue's public pages.
